As Pastor Terry continues his teaching series through the Book of Acts, he'll be reminding us how there is no way we can operate in the power of God by leaning on our own strength and understanding. The sons of Sceva tried to cast out demons but they wern't doing it in the power of Jesus so they got chased and were humiliated! The disciples were able to cast out demons because God commissioned them and empowered them to do so. We can do nothing in our own strength and ability, especially if it's for our own gain instead of our motivation being to bring glory to God.
