As Pastor Terry continues his teaching series through the Book of Acts, he'll be explaining how this early church was meeting together, and ministering to the Lord. When we think of this term, we automatically think of how God needs to minister to us. What this is actually saying, is that God is blessed and pleased by us when we meet together as a Body, and seek His face and will. When we sing to the Lord, and we seek God in prayer for His perfect will for our life, that's ministering to the Lord. We sometimes have it backwards, thinking it's alway's about God pleasing us.
