Today’s message may sound a little bit like déjà vu. Wasn’t it only a few chapters ago that Jesus fed thousands of people with only the contents of a young boy’s lunch? And here He is doing it again. Why so repetitive? Was this just a mix-up on the author’s part? As Pastor Terry will assure us in today’s message, this was a unique and meaningful miracle in its own right. We’ll find that it bears meaning in a number of new ways, on top of encouraging us that no matter how many times we find ourselves coming up against the same problem, Jesus is consistently able to meet our needs.
