Diet is just one area of self control that most of us could pay more attention to. In fact most of us want to, but often cannot seem to make it happen. Sometimes self control means eliminating certain activities and habits, and in other instances it means simply controlling them. In today's study, Pastor Terry gives us three areas of self control from the book of Proverbs. Applying ourselves to this wise counsel will make us into the kind of Christians we need to become.
