A leader can't expect to be effective if they have the mentality of a follower. Waiting around for someone to show you what to do isn't a good strategy for leading others forward. You have to have a different mindset, you have to be thinking ahead and beyond the day-to-day. As Christians, our mindset should be different than the world. We really can't expect to be effective if we still think and act like those who don't know Christ. Today Pastor Terry encourages you to have a new focus as a follower of God.
