The life of a believer should look different, but ultimately it’s the state of their heart that matters. There are those who put on a form of righteousness that may even surpass that of believers, but their hearts are far from God. There are also genuine believers who struggle with sinful attitudes, habits and addictions where their life doesn’t accurately reflect what Christ did in their heart. But, as Pastor Terry explains in today’s message, if your heart yearns to repent and be close to the heart of your Father – your Abba – that is a sign that you are truly His child.
