- Neuroplasticity- you can change your belief system so that your mind works for you, not against you.
- No need to overcome fear- love it, recognize it, acknowledge it. Shift the relationship, and then you become more powerful than the fear.
- Your heart beats, your eyes wink, your mind produces thoughts.
- The power of thinking on purpose
- Hypnosis for healing, aka trans state (reaches subconscious mind which allows you to be suggestible), is roughly 97% of your output.
