Brandon Brown is a Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation with expertise in sourcing debt, mezzanine, and equity for all commercial property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and self-storage. Additionally, he has formed strong relationships with capital sources including local and national banks, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, agencies, pension funds, and private equity firms. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Brown served as a Managing Partner at LMI Capital, and has over 20 years of real estate finance and transactions experience.
Mr. Brown graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Brown is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mortgage Bankers Association, and National Multi-Housing Council.
