Derek Clifford and Dr. Sophie Lorn-Clifford are a happily married entrepreneur couple in real estate and health industries. Together, they have grown their private equity firm, Elevate Equity, from 0 to over 250 units under management in about 4 years, while working full time jobs.
The couple run a podcast entitled "Elevate Your Equity" where they discuss the real conversations that happen at home while building a real estate portfolio in single and multifamily assets part-time. Derek wrote his book "Part-time Real Estate Investing for Full Time Professionals" in 2020 for people who were looking to follow in his footsteps.
Dr. Sophie Lorn-Clifford is a licensed naturopathic doctor who has launched Live Whole You, a platform for wellness focused on entrepreneurs wanting to keep their mind and bodies sharp, informed from personalized genetics and cutting edge techniques from the functional and naturopathic medicine world.
Together, they love to travel and spend time with friends and family. They are currently AirBNB nomads living throughout the USA.
