Vinney shares his recent trip to Arizona where he was looking at some assisted living facilities. He found a Hospitality project that could potentially be converted to assisted living and memory care.
Vinney also talked about buying land and building 150 condominiums, as well as another hotel, which they might consider turning into assisted senior living.
They also discussed the acquisition cost and stabilized value of the potential assisted living facility, with Vinney estimating an all-in cost of $17 million and potential monthly revenue of $630,000.
