Are you a first responder? If you are, I'm going to take a wild guess and say that there has been a time when you have identified as your profession. "I bleed blue." "The firehouse is my family."
While this is noble and certainly feels wholesome in the moment, I am going to argue this in today's episode.
The truth is...
Just because you are a police officer, firefighter or any other first responder job title...it doesn't mean that is who you are. This is what you do. Read that again... Your job is what you do, not who you are.
In today's episode, I am going to share the importance of being able to learn this as early as possible in order to avoid spending your golden years without a sense of belonging.
