It’s really easy to get frustrated and upset when a client doesn’t follow the plan. As a coach and as a professional, we might think that there’s a personal issue of why the program is not being followed or that we are not ready to work with people. This is simply a matter of understanding your client, exploring the situation, and looking for solutions that, not only help the client, but also make sense for them.
In this episode of Take Care Radio, Danny talks about some behaviors that coaches might find when working with clients. Danny explains that true change is different for each person but remains the same for everyone in one specific aspect: it’s not linear.
You will also learn the idea of ambivalence and why two contrasting thoughts can be opposites but honest at the same time. Tune in!
