We're back! Brian, Kyle, and LT talk through Star Trek: Lower Decks S2E8, titled I, Excretus. This episode was written by Ann Kim and directed by Kim Arndt. This may be the best episode yet of Lower Decks, as the Cerritos Lower Decks and senior officers switch roles and go through the situations of the past! This one is late in coming. We apologize. In fact...
I ran out of time this week, so what you're hearing is the version of the episode that I published to the Patreon listeners. I did more editing on this Patreon episode than I normally do when I produced this, so you'll find that it won't sound all that different from the regular version. The main difference is that you won't hear the music at the start and end of the episode. Rather than making you wait longer, I decided that the Patreon version was good enough. I'm sorry to make everyone wait so long this week. I just hadn't made enough progress on the final version that I didn't want to wait any longer and this version is good enough. We didn't want you to wait any longer for this one because this was the first great episode of this season, and I called it my favorite episode of the series to date.
Like the last two weeks, I came up with most of the Easter Eggs myself, but I did get some help from YouTube videos by Jessie Gender and What Culture.
