What does one do after hopes, dreams, assumptions, and core beliefs have been shattered?
In this episode, we are talking to an inspiring individual, Susan Hannifin-McNab, whose life took a dramatic turn in 2012 with the sudden loss of her bagpiper-surfer-professor husband. With a Masters in social work - the path this young mum and widow took over the following years led her to realise that the tools and resources she was using to help herself and her son could help others - and so was born the A2Z toolbox workshops.

"That was the thing. You never got used to it, the idea of someone being gone. Just when you think it's reconciled, accepted, someone points it out to you, and it just hits you all over again, that shocking." ~ Sarah Dessen
