Training for Business Builders
Training should be simple easy and duplicatable so here are a few tips on how to get started with your business.
1. Begin by going to www.isagenixbusiness.com . Learn the Compensation plan, “You +2. Them + 2”, print the Memory Jogger, and make list of 50 people who could use the products/business.
2. After review of www.isagenixbusiness.com and list of 50 people has been made, schedule call with coach within 24 hrs. to discuss list, the compensation plan, rank advancement bonuses, and time frames to pursue these advancements.
3. Go to www.hbteam.co Quickstart Business tab, Facebook, and 6 simple systems. Discuss launch parties as a way to connect with many people at once in a comfortable environment.
4. Put a post on Facebook and other social media sites to let people know of your excitement and your new journey. Create curiosity. Schedule at least 3 3-way conference calls for the week with interested parties until your business builder feels comfortable. Don't mention Isagenix. Simply say nutritional cleansing.
5. Have weekly coaching calls to review numbers, how many people you've presented to , how many appointments have been set up, and how many enrolled.
6. Establish personal goal(s) each week, write it down on paper, and make sure to discuss it with your coach.
7. Learn to provide your prospects with Isagenix information from www.isaproduct.com and www.isamovie.com. Use the tools that have been built for you!
8. Learn to tell your 30 second story and that of your upline. Sometimes someone else’s story will resonate with your prospect.
9. You can earn while you learn so get comfortable with listening to www.isagenixpodcast.com , using www.isagenixhealth.net , and www.Isafyi.com on a daily basis.
10. Ensure that you are plugging into team calls and coming to events and encouraging your team to do the same.
11. It takes 4-6 contacts to sign someone up so keep a detailed index card box with name, date or contact, info, and reason for not enrolling at that time. “Follows ups ain’t sexy but they make us money”.
