I met a new friend today. His name is Vincent Hickerson, lovingly referred to many as Bigg Vinny. We had an amazing zoom call today to get to know each other and I loved what Vinny is all about. He described that, before going on the biggest loser, his identity included being BIG. Now he was a large person, being 500lbs, but he also described that big described his personality, his voice and overall entertainment on stage singing in the band Trailer Choir that was signed with Toby Keith's label.
Today's episode will prompt you to define the word #big in your life and whether you are wearing this tag. I've noticed that we have the conversation about big and small in two categories in our lives. One of those categories is size, which is the second thing written on most tags, and the second is about success.
