Description

The former Editor in Chief of The Straits Times discusses his time as a journalist and what his vision for ST is. The questions Singaporeans often ask: what is the relationship between the government and editors of The Straits Times? How does censorship look like? Is there room to push back, or cross OB (Out of Bounds) markers? Join me as I host someone who is eminently qualified to discuss these and more, Mr Cheong Yip Seng, the former Editor-in-Chief of The Straits Times. He recently released a sequel to his book on OB markers and journalism in Singapore.
