On April 15, 2011, CoLab (an inter-disciplinary arts cooperative), and Zhou B Art Center put on an extraordinary evening of experimentation, elegance, excitement, energy and “ELEVATION”! The brainchild of Kahil El’ Zabar, the internationally renowned percussionist and composer, sensational installation artist, Lucy Slivinski, and the stellar fashion designer, Agnieszka Kulon, ELEVATION was a night I was honored to be a part of.
