
It's that time of year again when many people get back out on the tennis courts and golf courses and start swinging, volleying, chipping and driving!
Many call it spring – but I call it Tennis Elbow Season!
Sure, you can develop Tennis or Golfer's Elbow at any time – Regardless of whether you play tennis or golf or not.
But there IS a certain time of year – (especially in the colder climates) when many start gardening, paddling, pitching and playing tennis again after a long and less active winter.
The problem is that we often don't maintain our conditioning over the winter…
And when spring fever hits, enthusiasm surges with all the pent-up energy and desire to be outside playing again.
A risky combo that catches countless golfers, tennis players and other enthusiasts by surprise.
