#15 MATT BLACK - 'ONE TO WATCH'
Matt Black was born Matthew Belcher, in the United Kingdom in December of 1993. As a young man, he developed a strong interest in Music. At the age of ten, he started dabbling with electronic music and quickly found himself in the DJ scene. He rapidly developed skills through the excessive amount of time that he devoted to his music and with that experience came the knowledge and genius that flows through his capabilities as a DJ & Producer to this day. He soon began to play professional, highly skilled performances for various festivals and events in order to make a name for himself.
