An avid traveller and sports enthusiast from a young age, he has worked on projects that have led him to visit and live across 50 countries. Initially influenced by a gap year coaching in Cairo and Mozambique, he found his passion for sport for development and went on to work at Laureus as they launched into Asia.

Will and James discuss the vision for the NFL in the UK, moving from simply hosting games to a year-round strategy for developing the sport across the country, as well as Will's approach to leading with empathy.
