In this week’s episode, James is joined by Kathryn Morley, the Chief Executive of OnSide Youth Zones since 2013. Along with the board she has spent her time and energy, growing its thriving network of Youth Zones into a national movement, supporting 50,000 young people to reach their potential and live healthier, happier lives. Prior to OnSide, Kathryn has a long history working with and supporting young people through voluntary work. This included time as a rape crisis counsellor, setting up and running incest survivors’ groups, fostering and more recently by mentoring young people. 

Kathryn is an Economics and Accounting graduate from Bristol University with a Cranfield MBA. Her previous career was in the industry, specializing in anything from transport to start-ups.
