Amy has experience working in professional sports in the US and the UK and developed a wealth of experience in sports, activities, marketing, and sports development, before co-founding her first residential camp at Let Me Play.
Let Me Play was established in 2004 with a residential summer basketball camp and with the mission to create opportunities for young people. Since then, the company has developed to deliver alternative education, adult education and apprenticeships via LMP Education. LMP Education is a national apprenticeship training provider that was graded "Good" by Ofsted in March 2020 and is currently ranked 3rd in the "Rate My Apprenticeship" list of Top 50 Training Providers 2022-23.
