Andy’s experiences and passion for sports are both professional and personal. Having developed a rare eye condition at the age of twenty, cricket has been a huge catalyst for Andy’s development on and off the field and he played an executive role in The Change Foundation and Activity Alliance.

London Youth Games is a UK charity that has been inspiring young Londoners to find their best for more than 40 years in over 30 sports by building their physical and mental health whilst driving social integration.
