Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, we honor your name. We give you glory, we give you praise. And we worship you. Thank you for your goodness in our lives. Thank you for your blessings in our lives. Thank you for the peace that we have found in you. For your word says you will keep those in perfect peace whose mind is stayed upon you.
And God, for those that do not have any peace today, I pray that they will find peace in you and knowing you and reading and praying and studying their words. And God, I pray that you will send someone into their lives with a word of consolation. With a word of peace, in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I pray for all those that are struggling today, that they will find room in their hearts for you, in Jesus' name.
I hear the songwriter says, Jesus is the answer for the world today. Besides him, there is no other way. So I pray in the name of Jesus for all those that are carrying heavy burdens. Heavy loads. Oh, God. Confusion in the minds. That they would learn to make room for you in their lives. In the name of Jesus.
We give you glory. We give you praise. That you are the healer of the hearts, the broken hearts. You are the healer of troubled minds. You are the deliverer for those that have been held captive for addictions, and perversion.
God, we ask that you be set free for those that are struggling. And that they would make room in their lives for you, Christ. First to be their savior. God, thank you. To be their healer. To be their deliverer. In Jesus' name. Move in a very powerful way. Like only you can. I give you glory for it. I give you praise for the freedom in making room for you in our lives.
In Jesus' name, I pray, amen.
