Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
This is the second prayer in a series of Psalm 1 0 3. Father God in the name of Jesus. We thank you and praise you for being our Lord. And according to your word, God, you are merciful. And you are kind and your love for us will never fail. Thank you for your mercy today. Thank you. That you're kind and patient with us.
Thank you, God, that your love for us will never fail. For your word assures us, glory, be to God, that nothing can separate us from the love of God. And God we thank you that you won't always be angry with us and you are not the one that always points out our sin and you don't punish us for the sins as we deserve.
But you're full of compassion, full of love. And your love is drawing us to you, god. We feel your love. We feel the strength of your love, and we thank you for it. And we honor you for how great is God's love for us when we worship him. Give us to be worshipers. Give us to be one that experiences your love through worship and through praise.
And God, we thank you that our sins have been cast away. For the Lord has taken our sins away and he has tossed them as far as the east is from the west. To remember them no more. And we give you glory, we give you praise for the massiveness, the extension of your love for us.
Our sins are forgiven in your name. We thank you for it. We have new life in you. we have eternal life because of our faith in your name. Thank you for your mercy. Thank you that we can come boldly to the throne of grace. That we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in a time of need. Thank you God, that you are the one that meets all of our needs.
We are your children. Thank you for being God in our lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
