Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining in this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God in the name of Jesus, we give you glory. We give you honor and we give you praise. And today God, we just want to thank you for your love. Thank you for your loving-kindness. For your word says, for God so loved the world that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
And we are saved today because of your love and your kindness. We have eternal life today because of your love. We thank you, God, for the death, the barrier, and the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you, God, that above all, you love us. In God, we want to reciprocate that love by dedicating our lives and our hearts and our minds to you in Jesus' name. We asked you and we invite you into every area of our lives. For God, we want to be people of character and integrity in the name of Jesus. Godly character. In Jesus' name. And God, as you develop us, help us to encourage others and show others the love in which you loved us.
We thank you for it now, in Jesus' name, that you would fill our hearts. Fill our minds, fill our souls, feel every part of us, with your love God. In the name of Jesus. And help us to demonstrate your love, help us to put aside our biases. Help us to put aside our own way of thinking, but help us to adopt your love and to adopt your loving ways in everything that we do and say, in, all of our relationships, let your love be our driving force.
