Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God in the name of Jesus. I honor your name. I give you all the glory and praise. I thank you for the work of grace in our lives. I thank you, God, that when we believe in you when we believe in your death, your burial, and your resurrection, that we are new creatures in Jesus' name.
We are a new creation. You said if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away and behold, all things have come new, in Jesus' name. And that the power of your word would wash our minds in our hearts and our spirits, and that we would emerge as new creatures, new ways of thinking, transform minds, transform hearts, hearts that go after your truth.
Hearts that go after the things that you have assigned us to do. And God that we would be delivered from the power of darkness and from the hand of the enemy in Jesus' name. And we thank you and we praise you how you are protecting our lives. How are you giving us new vision, new insight, new revelation, because we belong to you.
And we settled a matter in our hearts and we say, God is my Lord and my savior. And if you are for us and you are on our side, that we know quite well. You're more than a whole world against us.
And we give you glory. We give you praise for that. In Jesus' name. Amen.
