Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining in this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus. I pray for your people all over the world. I trust you, God, that we all will have a good conscious, and that we are all willing to live, honestly, in the name of Jesus. And that we would deal honestly, with one another the in Jesus name.
I pray for peace, in the name of Jesus. And God, I pray in the name of Jesus that you would remove racial biases and hatred and bigotry in the name of Jesus. I pray God for your protection over our Asian American families, their homes, their lives in Jesus' name. And I ask God that you would spoil every evil attempt to affect him in any way. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For you are the God of fellowship and harmony and I pray for peace and harmony among racists today in the name of Jesus. And that you would eradicate and eliminate racism in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
And now I pray that the God of peace that brought our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and raised him from the dead. He is a great shepherd of all shepherds and through the blood of his everlasting covenant, would make us perfect and mature in every good work as we do the will of the father. And that you would work in us, a spirit as well, pleasing in your sight.
And that you would give us a heart after the things that you treasure and that you value. Change our minds, change our positions, help us to be pleasing to you in every way. We asked that you would enter our circumstances and everything that concerns us in every area of our lives. We asked for the more of you, and the more your word, and the more your presence that we may live according to the will of God.
And that we may live in harmony with one another. We give you glory and we give you praise that you're doing it now in Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
