Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, we give you glory. We give you honor. We give you praise. We thank you for being our God. We thank you, God, that we are covered under the shadow of the almighty God, therefore we are protected. And God, we pray for peace this morning for those that are struggling in their lives, no matter what the situation is, you are God of peace.
And we pray in the name of Jesus. That you would give them peace. Peace\ in every situation, the blessed tranquility of God. He asks coming over their lives and you calm their nerves and you come to them in every situation. I pray for peace. I pray for the blessed understanding of peace in Jesus' name. For peace is not the absence of problems, but peace is when our problems don't have us. So, God, our peace is in you today for you said you will keep those in perfect peace whose mind is stayed upon you. And our pray today, for peace and comfort and understanding for those that are weary. For that, glory be to God, who are without hope today, I pray for an abundance of peace would be in our lives. Because Jesus, you are our peace and we give you glory, we give you praise. In Jesus' name. Amen.
