Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, because peace comes from you. And because it is a true attribute of your spirit, we pray in the name of Jesus that the holy spirit is to be on her side of us. We began to bear fruit in our lives. As we receive your word as seed. We pray that the fruit of the spirit, especially peace would be multiplied in our lives today.
Your word says peace and grace be multiplied in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. So as we increase our knowledge of you, as we increase our understanding of you through the reading of your word, through prayer, and through meditation, I pray that our peace would increase in Jesus' name and that we would learn to trust you in every situation. That you are a good father, that you care for us, and that you would give us an abundance of peace. Let your peace flow in and through us that saturates our minds and our hearts and our souls. Give us the blessing assurance that you are on our side and your word says if God's before us, who can be against us. We thank you for the peace that comes with knowing your word. For we pray to the Father in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
