Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining in this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God in the name of Jesus. We honor you. We give you glory and praise. We worship your Holy name. We thank you for being our God. Thank you, God, that you're always with us. God, your word declares that you will never leave us nor forsake us. Thank you for your being present in our lives at all times. And because we received that promise, God. We will not fear. We will not be afraid. For you are with us. And we thank you for your abiding presence. We thank you for your word that's in our lives. We thank you for the blessed assurance that you're walking beside us. You're going before us. You are our real protection in Jesus' name.
And we thank you, God, that we belong to you. We are the sheep of your pastor and you are a great shepherd in Jesus' name. And we give you glory. We give you praise. That our children are protected., that our homes are protected,. That you are with us during every phase of life. Even when we go through the Valley of the shadow of death. And we suffered through things in our lives., God, we are comforted by the fact that you are all ways there.
You're there to encourage us. You are there to hold us up. You're there to give us strength when strength is needed. Thank you for your abiding presence. Thank you for your continual love. Nothing can stop you from loving us. Therefore, we give you glory and praise. In Jesus' name. Amen.
