Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining in this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, we pray that you would touch the heart and the mind of those that are feeling hopeless and helpless, in Jesus' name. I pray, oh God that they would be encouraged., That you would send someone along their path, their workplace, in a supermarket, that would encourage their hearts and our minds.
I pray for God for those that are feeling lonely and isolated. That you will let them know that you love him and that you are always with us. For your word declares that you will never leave us nor forsake us. And God, I pray that they would begin to connect with others. People that will encourage them. People that will support them in Jesus' name. For our hope is in you today in the name of Jesus.
We live because we hope in your eternal life in Jesus' name. And I pray God that you would strengthen them, that they will always know that there's a tomorrow. And as long as we are alive, things can be better. Stir up the hope, stir up their passion in Jesus' name. And give them a reason to live. Give them purpose.
In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I pray that they wouldn't know how important they are to you and to those that love them and that the feeling of despair and hopelessness would be removed and would be replaced with a spirit of joy and a spirit of peace and a feeling of belonging in Jesus' name.
I thank you that you are our deliverer. You know how to bring us out of every situation and circumstance. You are the one that renews our minds and gives us the strength to live. And a life according to your word. Now, God, I pray for an abundance of peace for them. The peace that passes all understanding. Your words said you would give us peace.
I thank you for peace for all of those that are suffering. In Jesus' name.. Amen.
