Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, I give you glory and honor in praise and I worship your name for your name is holy and you are our God and our father. And I thank you God for this brand new day, another day to say thank you. Another day to give you glory. And to lift my voice with a hallelujah I praise, oh Lord.
I magnify your name. And Father God in the name of Jesus. I pray for wisdom. I pray for understanding. Your word says, if any man, lacked wisdom, let him ask God. Who generously give it to us and you would give it to us without any rebuke.
And God I asked for wisdom. For all the decisions that have to be made for every circumstance. In every situation, we ask that you would lead and guide us and give us the wisdom that's needed to make every decision. Thank you for your word, which tells us to trust in the Lord with all thy heart. Lean, not to our own understanding in all that ways. Acknowledge him. And he will direct our path. So we asked for the spirit of wisdom that it will rest upon us, that we would make great decisions as we consult you as Lord over our lives.
And I give you glory and I give you praise for it. In Jesus' name. Amen.
