Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
This is a series of prayers taken from Psalm 1 0 3. Father God in the name of Jesus, I give you glory and praise. I thank you for this brand-new day. A new opportunity to a commune which you.
Now God, according to your word, recorded in Psalm 1 0 3 with all my heart, I will praise you. And with all that I am, I will bless your holy name. With all my heart I'll praise you. And I will never forget how kind you have been. Father God in the name of Jesus. I asked that you would give us strength to praise you and to worship you. No matter what we're going through, no matter what we have to encounter, you will be our focus. And that you will be the reason that we praise. And I thank you, God, that all of our sins are forgiven in your name.
You are the one that forgives all of our sins. And I thank you, God, that you are the one that heals all our diseases. So we bless you. We bless the name of God in Jesus' name. You are the one that protects us from death, your kindness, and you'll love our crown to ride. Thank you for choosing us. Thank you for crowning us.
We're loving kindness and tender mercy. We belong to you. You are our children. And each day that we live, you are the one that provides for our needs. We thank you for it. It is because of your strength that we have hope today. Thank you for loving us. Thank you that you're increasing our strength.
As Eagles god, you're increasing our strength daily. Because we trust and believe in your name. For it's in the name of Jesus that we pray. And we say I will bless the Lord for my soul. And all that is within me, I will bless his holy name. In Jesus' name. Amen.
