Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, we give you glory. We give you praise that you have a plan and a wheel for all of us. And God is that your plan is that each of us have and receives eternal life. Through our confession of faith. For your word says for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. That whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. And God, we believe. And it's your will that we experience everlasting life. So we can confess with our mouth,. that you are the son of God. We will leave it in our heart that you raised Jesus from the dead, Therefore your will and your plan for us is that we are saved and that we have eternal life through your name. So we thank you, God. That as we discover more about your will that you would open up our hearts and our minds to what your word says . And the beautiful and blessings that you have for each of us. And a beautiful plan that you have for each of us and God, as we begin to leave the year of 2021. And we go into the year of 2022. I pray that each of us will have an understanding of your will and your plan for our lives and God that we will not only be hearers of the word, but we will be doers of your word and that plan, that goal and that dream that we have in our hearts will become the work of our hands.
You're able to strengthen us. You're able to empower us to do it. So we give you glory. We give you praise in Jesus' name. Amen.
