Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, we have your blessed assurance that you are always with us and that you are our father and our Lord and you love us as your children.
We thank you, God, in the name of Jesus that we have multiple scripture witnesses. And examples in narratives in the scriptures where you have called certain ones out to participate in your divine plan. And that's what the uncharted waters are about, that you are calling us out to participate in your divine plan. So just as you did for Abraham just as you did for Joseph, for Moses, for Joshua, for Mary, and for Paul at the name of glory, just a few God. As you would with them and you call them for specific times and reasons and seasons in their lives to carry out the plan of God . We answer, we surrender with a resounding yes, and a new level of surrender. Here I am, Lord. Send me. Your work came to the prophet, Isaiah, and you said, and who shall go for us? And whom shall we send?
Isaiah answered back and said, here my God send me. We avail ourselves and we take on uncharted waters knowing you are with us. Thank you for the comfort of your word in the presence of your holy spirit in our lives. In Jesus' name. Amen.
