Ben and I sat down to dial in to our 2018 Year in Review. I shared these exercises with my community earlier this week (you can download that guide here).
This has fast become one of our favorite rituals to round out the year and orient ourselves as we walk in to the next one…and this New Year’s Eve celebration did not disappoint.
For the first time, we took the day and went to a coffee shop to go through the process of reviewing each month, looking at what was accomplished, how we felt during those seasons and how it all rolled up at the end of the year.
We spent time looking ahead and grounding ourselves in to the ways we want to feel and our increased focus on how we want to BE (which is a worthy challenge for these Virgo DOERS).
