Surprise, we took a week off but we're back! Welcome, welcome April and welcome second quarter! This month's theme, we are focusing on some wellness topics that we give af about! We got the ball rolling this week with a conversation about staying grounded. What are grounding techniques you use regularly? We share our views on what being grounded really means and how we plan to actively live in that space in quarter two of 2021 and beyond.
