Ram Dass, a famous spiritual teacher once said, "If you think you're enlightened, go spend two weeks with your family." He's being funny, but he's got a point, doesn't he?
With the holidays upon us, the thought of spending time with our families might make some of us giddy with anticipation, but others of us might be dreading it. In this episode, Roy shares some perspectives on handling family drama so that it can be, "the most wonderful time of the year."
