Description

In this episode I’m joined by my friend, colleague, and client, Christina Kwan to talk about what it looks like when we stop letting likes, comments, followers, and income dictate how we feel about ourselves and start growing our self-worth no matter what the business data says.

When you’re not reliant on the data and vanity metrics to make you feel motivated, excited, inspired, etc., you have so much more capability to keep going when times are tough.

That means you have to be willing to feel hard feelings and keep going (without trying to power through a to-do list and need the dopamine hits from that all the damn time), even when it feels like you’re failing.

This week we’re talking about how slowing down to feel is feminist AF and how to run your business without running yourself ragged, why your perfectly human imperfection is actually endearing for your audience and…

…and SO much more
