Lately I've made a commitment to do the work on my spiritual practice and give myself the permission to unplug and just be still. Spirituality is the glue that holds us all together, it's necessary for growth and to continue living a life of purpose. How we practice will look different for all of us, but it's our belief in each other that holds it all together.
