The purpose of this podcast and my mission has always been to share my story and inspire others.

Today's episode does just that with my good friends Jill and Nick from The Simplified Khaos Podcast. When they approached me about sharing my story with their audience, I couldn't refuse. Not to mention, they were going to fly to Saint Louis, MO (my hometown) to do it!

After we hit stop, on a super intimate and fun conversation, I knew I wanted to share it with you.

For the first time, I was able to go deep into my full story sharing what it was like growing up as a perfectionist and feeling like everyone knew what was right for my life.

To trauma of losing my brother to cancer and the grieving process, the birth of my son and the decision that changed our whole life.
