Before you skip right to the episode, you should know…I do not know nor have I ever met Rachel Hollis! But she was my gateway drug into the world of personal growth and development. I have shared little bits and pieces of my own journey of change these past few years, but never the full story. I still can't share the full story, much of it I don't recall because I didn't know I was on a journey at the time.
In this episode, I expose a little more of the events that took place to kickstart my journey, how picking up one book (well, listening to it in my car), and the amount of eye rolling I still receive to this day. It's my story and Rachel Hollis and her work was a part of that. But her book didn't change my life, I changed my life.
