For some of you, saying no is really hard. It brings up fear, anxiety, and possibly a lot of resistance from those you are saying no to. You can learn to say no without ever using that exact word, but it's going to take some changes to your language. In this episode, I will give you a few ideas that you can start putting into practice to create those much needed boundaries in your life without any of the conflict from doing so. 

You can become great at saying no without feelings of guilt, regret, and objections. Practice these new phrases with family, friends, and co-workers as you are getting pulled in all directions and just need to say NO!
