This episode is a brief introduction to stretching and why it is important.

 

 

Some things to keep in the back of the mind:

1.It took you a long time to get to the body you are in, so remain patient and consistent with your stretching/ fitness.

2.Listen to your body when you start stretching - our bodies are constantly communicating with us.  Your body will tell you what needs stretching

3.The best way to start listening is to connect to your breathing. Breath is the most fundamental connection we have with our body Focus on inhaling in through the nose and out through the nose (when you need more breath focus on exhaling through the mouth )
