For many individuals, having to speak up in meetings is difficult and daunting. I was incredibly nervous speaking in front of a group for most of my life so I perfectly understand the struggle.
But over time I've learned to embrace that weakness and I became better at speaking up— even becoming a professional speaker, which is what I do now.
