It was when I married Jacob — someone who does the same job as me — that I realized how limited my perspective was, and that I was focusing so much on wanting people to like me.

With that realization, I went from someone very insecure and self-conscious to someone who knows the value of her opinion.

𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚'𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠: As a woman entrepreneur, you have to be willing to say things other people might not say, and you can't be concerned if people will like you or not.

It is important for us women to take space, to speak up, to lead — but those will not be possible if you are not confident about your opinion.
