Stress is an inevitable reality of life. A stressful situation can sometimes just last a moment, but with the COVID-19 pandemic this year, many of us find ourselves in a prolonged state of stress.
We all have different ways of reacting to challenging or difficult situations, but for our own sanity and well-being, dealing with stress is something we have to have a grip on.
While we cannot entirely eliminate the stress from our lives, the truth is, we have the power to control how we respond to stressful situations.
