Anything maritime gets Mike and I excited. This Missouri Toasted Oak Cask from Ironclad captured our attention. A four grain bourbon finished in Missouri toasted oak barrels. Ours was a little higher in proof than the advertised 90-100 proof. Definitely listen in as we dive into this Virginia whiskey.
